No. Beautysaloon runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. You can also add the workspace to your home screen like an app.

No. Clients book as guests from your salon’s link. They choose a treatment, specialist and time, add their details and get a confirmation.

No. Availability is checked again when a booking is confirmed, and the database rejects overlapping bookings for the same specialist.

Yes. Add any appointment from your dashboard in a few taps. It uses the same availability as your online booking page.

You choose. Offer cash at the salon, direct UPI to your own UPI ID (clients send the receipt to your WhatsApp), or online payment through your own Razorpay account, which marks bookings paid automatically.

No. Money always goes straight to you. Cash and direct UPI have no fees. If you connect Razorpay, Razorpay charges its standard fees to your account.

Each booking has a reference code that the client includes in the UPI note, and the client sends you the payment screenshot on WhatsApp. Check your bank app, then mark the booking paid.

Yes. Owners add staff logins and assign services and hours. Staff see their own appointments; owners manage the workspace.

Yes. Create more locations and switch between them with one owner login. Each location has its own team, services, booking link, clients and reports.

Yes. Owners can download appointments and new client records as CSV files from Reports, for any date range up to a year.
